Welcome to Minny Golf Co.! My name is, Doug; the founder/owner/operator extraordinaire!  I'm a proud husband and father of three, and my love for hats started at an early age. This love eventually drove me to teach myself industrial embroidery, which led to opening a small embroidery shop out of my garage. For years, I focused on creating designs and embroidered apparel for other businesses.

Over time, I noticed a common issue: many hats on the market were dull and uninspired. The so-called trendy hats often feature generic designs and lacked real creativity. They produce designs to sell to the masses. So, I decided it was time to launch my own brand, Minny Golf Co., with a mission to offer more than just a logo on a cap. I wanted to create hats with personality, hats that tell a story and hats that show your personality. 

At Minny Golf Co., I am proud to say that I handle everything myself, from design to production to customer service. As a sole operator, I ensure that every hat meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. I can't promise i'll be the only employee forever, but I can promise to always deliver. 

Most of our hats are deeply inspired by everything that makes Minnesota special. From the beautiful land of 10,000 lakes to the vibrant colors of our sports teams, each design captures the essence of our great state. You'll find iconic landmarks, colors and other Minnesota-inspired elements in our collection.

Other hats are inspired by favorite movie characters (The Great Hambino, Sandlot) and pop culture references.
